In recent weeks our Secretary sent club contacts information on Club Affiliation for 2027.
Options for renewal:
1. Visit our online Form “Club Affiliation – Online Form” fill in the details and press send.
2. Download the Affiliation Form from here. Then fill in and return via email or post (you can even take a picture on your phone and send it to us.
3. Email: “No changes to contacts” and provide show dates to secretary@qldpoultry.com
2027 Affiliation fee is $90.
Payments can be made via direct deposit into our bank account, post a check or go into any Westpac Bank branch to deposit payment.
Adfiliation form due: by 31 October 2026.
Payment due: 31 October 2026.
Any payments received after the due date will incur a late fee of $30.
Forms and payments not received by the due date, will result in the omission from the 2027 Calendar.
